If there's something in life we should never be without is fun, we should have fun with everything we do, from work to love, from Creating to accepting, from giving to receiving, all should be surrounded by fun.
We change the energy of the world with an honest smile, we can softhen the hardest of the hearts and ease the most difficult of the situations.

DAY 4 "Home & Family"
What can I say about my place? I’ve had so many in so many ways, from a hole in the ground to a castle in the sky. But can I honestly call them “My home”? I’m not that sure. Have been places where I can go and hide from the exterior world, places I’ve been offered to sleep and call home but never really felt them as MY home. I believe a home should be the place that is full of your energy and personality, a place that reflects your own essence, a place that has been built with care and time.
Difficult task this one, I’ll keep updating it….
However about my family, I can say so much. We have gone through very difficult times together, taking path that may seem to defer from each other but at the end we always come together again.
And if something I admire about my family is the capacity of change and evolve to a better being.
The Family is the group of people you should rely on, on hopes and emotions, to be there with you at all times, good or bad with out judging. Not always easy, as human beings we take pride of our individuality but there are connections to difficult to brake, not impossible thou.I’m very happy with the family I’ve chosen to live with and the life I have lived with them so far.

DAY 3 "Finance"
I never used to be good with finances, no wonder why, personally I WAS always pretty low on them.
So far on day 1 &2 I have focus on what the present and past mean or meant to me. Now to change a little the route I want to focus on what I want, the freedom of being independent and solvent. The material ambitions I have, the places and things I want to surround myself with. But first a bit of history:
As a child and for as long as I can remember I imagine myslef in Europe and dreamt with a luxury lifestyle, with limos and champagne brunches, a closet full of Versace and Gucci clothing, Cartier and Louis Vuitton and can proudly say I had it all, and here you can see again the incredible law of attraction working day and night to make all your dreams come true.
I never though thou about working or earning a great salary using all my talents and feel so satisfied that would give great pleasure and prosperity. No, I just wanted to enjoy the goods and guess what! It worked.
Now I’m not sure if that worked for the best or for the worse, as now having achieved all I ever dreamt with out any delay what so ever, I find myself asking “Now, what’s next” I never dreamt about what I would do once I get the lifestyle I had or dreamt about having it constantly in my life. I was just concentrated on obtaining it.
So now I’m all my energy is targeted to the idea of Building my future with an clear image of what material things I want to have and surrounded with and the happiness I’m getting from this process.
I have come to realize as the days passes how all the aspects in life are interconnected to each other: health and well being with self esteem connected with family and security etc. I’m sure you agree with me.
3 days working on the aspects of life with the same importance and dedication have come to see how life is like going to the gym and working only one muscle group; for example: The ABS just because you desperately want that six pack you have dreamt about, as a personal trainer I can tell you that will only lead to a terrible unbalance resulting in back injuries. To much support on the front will put to much pressure on the back. The same happens in life, too much attention to one aspect let’s imagine Self esteem, will make you a very self centred and egocentric. What do think?

DAY 2 "Security"
And the real challenge begins here. Tackling the security matter is not easy for me as only recently I’ve discovered so many ways I’ve found to try to satisfy this necessity.
*First and foremost has been with food.*
I’ve discovered food, as culture since we are babies, the first thing parents do when a baby cry is stuck the bottle of milk in your mouth, no matter if you’re crying because you feel lonely and want attention or because the initial pleasure after wetting the nappy has turned into a nasty experience. Doesn’t matter you’ll end up with food in your mouth.
And my family is no different, from babies to adults all the problems are resolved with food; “Comfort food” as commonly known. If you want to make someone feel special, there’s no better way than to prepare their favourite dish, or if you feel depressed there’s nothing better than “Quesadillas” in my case or Ice cream.
Therefore I have lived my life in a constant battle with weight and food. Finding depressing I couldn’t achieve the body I wanted always turned to food for comfort. You can either relate to this or finding it completely absurd but is true. So in this new facet of my life I decided to take food as for what it is: the magical source of nutrients that my body, mind and spirit needs for living a healthy life, and not as a substitute for something else I’m missing in my life, call it attention, self esteem, love, adventure, etc.
*Second has been relationships.*
Here lies one of the fundamentals of my life, and you’ll understand why the image of I’ve chosen to represent this point.
I lacked a loving, understanding or even friendly father figure in my childhood. Never thought this could turn to be such a deep problem for me as I always thought I manage well during that time. But now as time goes by and see the patterns in my life I have come to realize I’ve always found a father figure with my partners, giving them the complete responsibility for my well being and happiness. Turning myself into a submissive “house wife”. But never that submissive as I always had the ambition to be independent and have and cover all my need. But never was an easy task, combination of poor self esteem and liking having someone taking care of me, as soon as I started the process of independence I abandon it and came back to the arms of my lover. I appreciate and I’m deeply grateful, I really got all I wanted, sometimes behaving like a extremely demanding teenager or as a sophisticated partner.
So, from now on I’ve decided to take my relationships for what they are, mutual companionship, understanding. I will take care of my life first and not to expecting some else to take care of it for me.
Now is the time to ask myself:
What can I do now to start making progress in this matter and motivate the change into a totally secure life?
1.- Apply the 3 question filter to my meals (talk about them yesterday). Even if you’re thinking “you can't question the food” let me tell you, Yes I can! And it’s easy, just asking for example: This ice cream helps me be better person: Maybe NOT if I’m alone and bored on a Friday evening. Maybe YES if I’m with friends walking in the park on a beautiful sunny day.

DAY 1 "Health & Well Being"
First Day, God! That sounds exciting and a bit terrifying too I have to admit. But Today is an easy task. Health & Well Being is my area of expertise.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I know how to increase my metabolism and reduce my resting heart rate. Which foods help to achieve the goals I’m looking for and which one are better to leave for the “Day off” if necessary, etc.
Also I got the privilege to have been in touch with Kundalini Yoga and its community. This will bring to my life the necessary tools to work with my body, mind and spirit in a fantastic and almost magical experience.
As a Sagittarius and sport enthusiast, I’ll have the pleasure to choose my favourite sports and activities and make them a most.
Now is the time to start asking myself:
What changes need to be done to be able every single day to get closer to my ideal state of “Health and Well Being”?
To make sure that every activity in this and all categories to follow will actually get me closer to my Goals and Ideals. I'd like to apply the a 3 question filter before I add them into a tasks.
Do this change/ activity/ process/ etc :
1. FEELS GOOD IN MY GUT, IN MY HEART WHEN I THINK OF IT?
2. HELPS ME BE A BETTER HUMAN BEING?
3. REALLY HELP ME GET CLOSER TO MY GOALS?
With this I’m sure this can only end in success.
My TASKS for Today (I'll keep filling this up during the day)
1. To live my life SMOKE and RECREATIONAL DUGS FREE
2. Practice 20 min CardioVascular activity at least 4 times a week
3. To practice at least for this 30 days the meditation I know for changing the chemestry of my blood and strengthening my inmune system (I'll describe it at the end)
4. Realize that food is an escential part to keep my body healthy and have a good relationship with it (I'll take this pont again in Security & Selfsteem)
5. Use 5 min a day my powerbreath ® to imporove my lung capacity and diaphram control which be very useful on day 12
Notes at the end of the day:
I'm very happy, not only I've manage not to smoke a single cigarette but didn't feel the need. I will start my meditation tomorrow morning when everybody is sleep and have more of a quite time. I'm not only feeling happy for the process I'm feeling the change taking place. LGBWUA
THE PROCESS
To choose activities or a states of mind, (this can be maybe an affirmation or a constant image in my mind) that I will concentrate only and exclusively during that day and will help me achieve my goals.
I have put this categories in order of importance TO ME, (IF YOU’D LIKE TO FOLLOW THIS PROGRAM YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE ORDER DEPENDING ON YOUR VERY OWN SCALE OF VALUES. Most important at the begining less important at the end)
Day 1 (in my case) will be for be for “Health and Well Being” as Day 12 will be for “Relationship” This will give my first selection the chance to be worked for 30 days and reviewed twice on day 13 and day 25, and my last selection (as important as the first but with less prerogative) will be worked 18 days and reviewed only once more.
Of course this can be a way of life and continue it for as long as I want. This is the TEST now, to change my life.
